I have been trying to make a game exactly like this! I love the beautiful chunky pixels with a resident evil style camera. I've kind of been struggling with the exact way to implement the camera and this was a elegant way of doing it! I liked the switch between user controlled and fixed camera. Thank you so much for making this game as it's been a huge helped me as a game designer!

Very good game. Only complaints are that some of the items and interactions are very hard to find or wont pop in certain places. And sometimes the camera would break and I couldn't see where I was going. Other than that, a lot of fun to play.

This game is adorable and I love the creepy vibe. I wish it would be a little more scary though. I got stuck because I couldn't find one of the items and I thought the game was broken.
loved the characters and animations in this was very unique and different it has a puppet combo / animal crossing vibe, but i do think the camera angles need abit of work and the items were very difficult to find! also i think it would of been much more intruiging if you added more eerie and scary moments but all in all i really enjoyed it, gameplay above hope you enjoy
Builds up a lot of creepy atmosphere, with a cute and comical depiction. Luckily I hadn't run into as many issues as some people seemed to have, and for a game jam game this was a lot of spooky fun.
This was a really neat game! The animations and characters are what really shines here! I think what would've made this stronger is what if the monster in the house stalked you around more? Maybe throughout the maze too? Just an idea, but I enjoyed this!
nice game i love it, it's like an animal crossing with a silent hill aura, I also liked the music a lot, the conceptual synthesis of the music is great!
